2160641 - Past Org Structure Not Reflected in Report

You are viewing a report which shows the hierarchy of profit centers. 

You see transactions assigned to profit center ABC (ABC stands for the name of the profit center) even though you expect them to be assigned to profit center DEF.

1. Open the report from the assigned Work Center e.g. report Cost Centers - Line Items from Work Center Cost and Revenue
2. Set up hierarchy for profit centers by clicking Add Fields and selecting Display as Hierarchy for Profit Center (Dimension: Journal Entry > Journal Entry Item)
3. You see key figure values assigned to profit center ABC even though you expect them to be assigned to DEF

The key figure values you are checking were posted against the organizational unit GHI.

At the time of the transaction the organizational unit GHI was subordinate to DEF, today however it is subordinate to ABC. 

If you run the report today it will reflect the Oranizational Structure that is valid today.

Currently our reports always show data reflecting the organizational structure as valid today. 

It is unfortunately not possible to pull a report that reflects historic organizational structures.
