2160811 - How to disable the specific PDF form during Signature Step - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

  • Disable the Forms during the Signature Step.
  • The form is not appearing during signature Step.
  • Disable the form during signature of New Employee Step.
  • Disable the form during Signature of Orientation Step

Environment

SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0

Cause

  • PDF Forms are compliance and corporate forms that are populated with Data collected during a Success Factors Onboarding Process and are electronically signed.
  • PDF Forms may be assigned to any process and conditionally displayed based on any organizational unit or field in the Database. All of the delivered PDF forms can be accessed in Reference Files Forms.
  • The PDF Forms tab features a Left and right where forms and forms information are grouped for easy retrieval.

Resolution

  1. Login into the Instance and go to Reference Files.
  2. Select Forms from the Drop Down.

  1. Select the particular Form, Example CA 38 and click on Edit.

  1. Uncheck the Save Form, New Employee Step and Employee Signature in the PDF Form.

  1. CA 38 PDF Form won’t appear during the Process and Signature Step but you can able to view in the Work Queue under PDF section.

  1. Even if you want to remove from work queue, Please click on Move option and Click on CA 38 form and move to left hand side of Forms tab to remove completely from the Process.
