  • Configuration problems on the Oracle server side the following error message appears in SAP BusinessObjects Business Intelligence Platform 4.x  tools that uses the Oracle connection :

"A database error occurred. The database error text is: ORA-12154: TNS: could not resolve the connect identifier specified. (WIS 10901)"
