How can you see who changed the enrollment status of a user within a class?
Environment
SAP SuccessFactors Learning
Reproducing the Issue
Checking the user's enrollment status:
- Learning > Class > Search and load the class >
- Under the "Registration" tab > See that the user's enrollment status.
You can also see who assigned the user this Class:
- People > Users > Search and load the user profile >
- Under the "Assigned Items" tab > Find item title >
- "Added by" and "Last Updated by" will show who assigned it and how.
Resolution
Run this report and you can see an audit list for the user(s) and class(es).
- Reports > Search for the "Class Enrollment Audit Report" >
- Add the user ID and the class ID.
Note: Make sure the "Browse By" includes "Audit" and "Admin".
In the "Class Enrollment Audit Report", the column "Added By" will tell you who enrolled the user. The available values for this column are "A", "I", "P" and "S".
"A" stands for admin, "I" for instructor, "P" is for user and "S" for manager.
