2161465 - Unjustified Error Message KI501 during the attempt to change or edit a CO Planning

During the change/ execution of a CO Planning process, the system raise an Error Message KI501, although the Error message KI501 looks to be unjustified, due to the following two different scenarios:

1.   The user cannot edit records, and you don't why, because nobody is locking...
2.   The user can edit records, while you or another user still editing the data...
