2161475 - HANA SAML SSO test fails with error "Connection Failed: You must be logged on as Administrator to test the SAML connection. (FWM 02135)"

Symptom

Logged into the CMC with any user account other than the actual built in "Administrator" all tests in  CMC > Applications > HANA Authentication will fail with the errror "Connection Failed: You must be logged on as Administrator to test the SAML connection. (FWM 02135)
