• Not Able to Edit Job Profile under Manage Job Profile, it keeps on loading.

SuccessFactors: Job Profile Builder

• Go to Admin Tools.
• Manage Job Profiles.
• Now try to edit the existing Job Profiles, as below:

• Once you click on edit, the page keeps on loading -

 

• There could be mutiple reasons for this issue. One of the common reason is 'ROLE' not defined for the Job Profile.
• There is a deep association of Job Role to Job Profile if we marked 'Role' as a mandatory field in 'Configure Object Definitions'.
• If we do not define a 'Role' for Job Profiles then the page will not load and will neither shows any error.
• This usually happens if we import the job profiles without any roles defined.

1. Goto Admin tools
2. Manage Data
3. Select job Profile and Role as 'Translator'

    4. Here you can see the role is not defined for the Job Profile 'Translator'

• Go to Admin tools
• Manage Data
• Search For Job Profile as 'Translator'
• Define role for Translator and Save the changes

 

Once all the changes done, Go to Manage Job Profile

Now,we are able to Edit Job Profile
