2162120 - Cannot connect to SCC after upgrade from SMP 2.3 SP05 to SMP 2.3 SP06

Symptom

  • When trying to start SCC 2.3.6 client an HTTP error is returned  '403 Forbidden'.
  • The SCC agent log shows:
    [WARN ] [io.nio] [scc-ui-6] - javax.net.ssl.SSLException: Inbound closed before receiving peer's close_notify: possible truncation attack?
