2162144 - Adapters fail to start - Data Services

• Data Services Adapters will fail to start in Data Services Management Console.
• The Job Server log has following error for the Adapter process.
• Error "Create Process failed for <Adapter startup command line> GetLastError() = 193".
• During the upgrade process, the DS_COMMON_DIR path was changed from the default configuration.
• A JDBC Adapter will fail with the following error.
• Error "Cannot connect to JDBC driver. SQLException JZ00L: Login failed. Examine the SQLWarnings chained to this exception for the reason(s). Please abort and start the adapter again. (BODI-850003)"
