2162163 - How to add workflow for leave cancellation requests?

Add workflow for cancellation of leave.

SAP SuccessFactors - Employee Central - Time-off

1. Go to Admin Center;
2. Manage Time Off Structures
3. Time Type;
4. Select the required time type;
5. Set the field “Activate Cancellation Workflow” to Yes.

In this case, the workflow triggered will be same as the one defined in the Time Type for approving leaving, set up in the “Workflow Configuration”.

 

 

For the triggering of workflow while cancellation of an already approved leave the field “Activate Cancellation Workflow” needs to be set to ‘Yes’.

This workflow will trigger only if the leave applied was in approved status.

In case the leave is still in ‘pending approval’ then the leave will get canceled without any workflow.
