2162298 - Upload-only-MBO is not deleted on BB 7.1 and SMP 2.3.4 - SMP

Symptom

If our clients send an "upload-only" Mobile Business Object (MBO) to the SAP Mobile Platform (SMP) server, the MBO is never deleted from the device after upload.
Normally we would expect that these objects are removed by themselves from the device after a successful upload.
