2162639 - Cannot deploy a real-time job as a webservice - DQM for SAP

• The real-time service that is setup and successfully running with a PID and enabled does not show in the list when trying to add it as a webservice.
• Cannot add a realtime service as a web service.
• Cannot add real-time service to the WSDL, it is not in the list of available real-time services to be added and doesn't already exist in the WSDL.
