2162645 - Currency Icon displayed in the Guidelines Header is not following the selected currency

Symptom

The header of the Merit Guidelines column in a form can show an icon for the percentage view and an icon for the money view so you can click on it and switch from one view to the other one. This money icon doesn’t follow the currency view indicated in the form (Planner currency, Employee Local Currency).

"Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental."

Environment

  • SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
  • Talent Management
  • Compensation

Reproducing the Issue

When the worksheet view is in "employee local currency" , the merit guidelines are shown in different currencies/symbols other than the header symbol as shown in the screenshot.

Cause

This icon will display the currency defined as Functional currency no matter what currencies are selected in the form.

Resolution

The icon is designed to describe a monetary view and will not change dynamically with a change of currency view in the form. It will only depend on the Functional currency defined in the template.
