2162844 - Load Planning optimizer errors in SAP TM

Symptom

If Load Planning is performed in the Transportation Cockpit (for example with button 'Load Planning' or with the Optimizer) you receive a short dump and an error message (/SCMTMS/LSO 999):

'Calling vsropsvr for not support application TVSO, only supporting (T|M|W)VSR, (T)VRG, (T)VSS'

Alternatively, you may see in the short dump the error code RPERF_ILLEGAL_LENG returned from the optimizer call.
