Unable to see new Pay Components in Compensation

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Two pay components created ‘Base Salary’ and ‘Bonus’

  1. Two pay components not displaying here under pay target section under Compensation portlet of an employee

Resolution

  1. Check for the RBP permissions given to the pay components and to Pay Targets (in case it is a target pay component), if not enabled please enable the same.

  1. Go to Manage Organization > Pay and Job Structures >Pay Component >Base Salary > the field 'Recurring Pay component' should be set to 'Yes' instead of 'No' > Save

  1. Go to Manage Organization > Pay and Job Structures >Pay Component >Bonus > the field 'Recurring Pay component' should be set to 'Yes' instead of No > Save

  1. You will now be able to see the Pay Components displaying under Pay Target section.
