2163224 - Cannot Hide Old Forms from Permission to Create Forms in Role Based Permissions - SuccessFactors Cloud

Symptom

There are old and inactive Forms in the box that displays the Forms we want to provide Create Permissions on in Role Based Permissions (RBP).

  • SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management
  • SAP SuccessFactors Compensation
  • SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting Management

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Admin Tools > Manage Permission Roles
  2. Click Create New or open an existent Role
  3. Choose Permission > General User Permission > Permission to Create Forms:

Resolution

  • At this time all Forms inside the system will appear. It is not possible to hide or deleted the Forms appearing in the box. The same behaviour exists when providing Goal Plan permissions.
  • If you'd like to see this functionality considered for a future release, please enter an Enhancement Request via SAP Customer Influence.
