2163308 - Interview Central “Print and Go pack” link not working - Recruiting Management

When using Interview Central, users have the option to access the Interview Details where candidate’s resume, cover letter, job requisition details and competencies for interview are available. In this page, labeled as “Print and Go” pack, there is a link at the top which, by clicking it, do not perform any action.

1. Access SF BizX -> Recruiting;
2. Interview Central;
3. Interview Details -> Print and Go!
4. “Print and Go” pack;

The “Print and Go pack” is a functionality which is currently not in place and working as designed. Currently, the system offers the two possibilities below:

Print the Job Details and Competencies be clicking on:

1. “Print and go!”
2. “Print”:

Print candidate’s resumes and cover letters:

1. “Print and go!”
2. “Resume” / “Cover Letter”:

Software Engineering has acknowledged this scenario, they are working towards to understand the "Print and Go pack" and the fix will be implemented during the Interview Central UI renovation work.
