2163439 - SMP: Authentication is setup, Users are able to register, but are not able to access the backend

Symptom

  1. Users are able to authenticate against LDAP
  2. Users are able to register the device using the LDAP credentials
  3. When attempting to access the Backend the following errors are returned:
    Forbidden
    Service Doc Fetch Failed
    No Matched SSO Credentials is found for not allowedAnonymousAccess endpoint
