Symptom

The sample Further Action Notices are provided as a reference to users of E-Verify. The Further Action Notice is generated with the employee's case when E-Verify returns a Tentative Nonconfirmation (TNC) result. This Notice provides instructions to the employer and provides information to the employee for contesting a TNC.
