Symptom

  • When the mobile user initiates the Service Manager Edit Assignment and update the date/time stamp and transmits, it updates the correct time back to SAP MRS properly
  • When the user changed the assignment and update the date/time from SAP MRS ,the same is not reflected back to the mobile users mobile device during transmit and synching
