2163879 - Py-GB: Entries in display field „WORKNO" are ignored

Symptom

The HMRC works number in IT0065 in display mode is visible, but it's not present in the database.

The following warning is appearing while editing IT0065:

Double-check in transaction se16 (PA0065) if the HMRC works number is present in the database or not.

This warning should only occur in case the new infotype framework is set to 1,2 or 3 in V_T582ITVCLAS for IT0065.
