After enable the rate control options MIN_RECEIVE_RATE, CHECK_RECEIVE_RATE_AFTER and MAX_RECEIVE_TIMEOUT in icm/server_port_XX parameter, as described in the SAP Note 1981955, it is not possible to see the activation of these options in the trace file if EXTBIND option is set together.
