2164354 - Print Application Detail doesn't allow to change Display Options

A user has no "Display Options" button when printing an application, and the print does not inclue the whole application:

SuccessFactors BizX  - Recruiting Management (RCM)

1. Go to any application

2. Click on "Print Application Detail"

The settings for the "mass print" were changed by this user or a proxy user in the past.

Proxy as the affected user or ask the affected user to follow below steps:

1. Go to the Application summary page

2. Select any applicant

3. Click on "Action" > "Print or Save":

4. Change "Items" from "Candidate-entered application info" to "All application info":

5. Select "Print Preview" or "Save to File"

 

Result: Display Options will be now available for the print from the application page ("Print Application Detail") for each job requisition and each applicant and the full application data will be visible on the print preview:
