You are not able to delete Document Types for tickets.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to the Business Configuration work center.
- Select the Implementation projects view.
- Click the Open Activity List button.
- Navigate to the Fine-tune step.
- Open the Tickets for Customer/Employee Support activity.
- Click the Maintain Document Types hyperlink.
- Select the respective Document Type.
You are not able to delete the document type as the Delete button is not enabled.
User defined document types (which begin with the letter Z) cannot be deleted if they are already in use (object which is using this document type was already created, for example Ticket, Sales Order, Lead, etc.).
Only document types which are not in use (no object was created using this document type) can be delete.
This is the expected system behaviour.
An alternative option may be to check the SAP Customer Influence Site at: https://influence.sap.com/SAPCloudforCustomer.
To hide Document Types you no longer need, please use Code List Restriction if they cannot be deleted, or if you want to avoid deleting them (in C4C: Go to the Administration work centre > General Settings view > Code List Restrictions).
If you are able to delete all objects where the document type is in use, you will then be able to delete the documen type. Note, that it is not always possible to delete a document, depending on the status and it's use.
