2164743 - Missing JAR file prevents the system's startup

After the startup is triggered in Netwever AS Java, the system cannot start. Different behaviors can be verified depending of the system's version:

In Netweaver 7.0X and 7.10:

• dev_jcontrol
  *** ERROR => invalid return code of process [bootstrap_IDXXXXXXX] (exitcode = 66)
   
• dev_bootstrap
  exit hook is called (rc = 66)

In Netweaver 7.11 and above:

• dev_jstart
  ERROR => Node 'bootstrap' failed with exit code 500.
   
• dev_bootstrap
  ERROR => Java node 'Instance_bootstrap' terminated with exit code 500.

• SAP Netweaver Application Server Java
