2164972 - Windows AD SSO is not working when using Apache Server reverse proxy in SAP BI 4


  • When trying to login in BI Launchpad with AD SSO the browser returns "404 missing page error"
  • The problem is only when using Reverse Proxy. No issue when connecting directly to Tomcat, bypassing the Reverse Proxy
  • Same configuration with Reverse Proxy may work fine within other SAP BO BI environments
