Within transaction MI10 you enter in the Material / Quantity etc, the field 'Reason for Movement' is set as 'Required' for all line items and is NOT filled, if you are entering a Count for just one Material / Quantity, when you press enter - here you see the error 'Fill in all required entry fields' for the second line item even though you have not entered a material for the second line item.
