2165652 - No new version is created for Business Document

Symptom

  • User orders / releases / publishes a Change Version of a Business Document that contains no changes compared to the last Active Version. In this case the Change Version gets closed, but no new version is created.
  • User changes an ordered / released / published Business Object to add a new Approver. He orders / releases / publishes the BO again and then he notices that no new version was created and on the Approver Tab of the Active Version only the new Approver can be seen.
