2165797 - Error: No default CMS connection found. Set up a default CMS Connection from Management Console Administrator > Management > CMS Connection

Symptom

  • RFC destination not managing repository.
  • RFC server does not start.
  • Cannot get to the RFC server interface on Management console to manage the configuration.  Receive Error about "No default CMS Connection found."
  • Cannot setup the CMS Connection in Management console, receive a blank screen when trying to save the values and they do not stick or save.
