Symptom
- Unknown device UDID connects to Afaria server and reports 'IPH6035: PutMDM Message Signing Validation Failure. UDID: actualudid'
- Device is not found in the Afaria but it connects to the server as it has configuration payload and reports IPH6035 error

If Device is deleted after removing a control while device is offline, Afaria deletes the remove config payload command from the MDM queue table. This cause IPH6035 error as well we device to continue use all required apps without any issue.
