2166141 - DB Error "Cannot assign NULL" in Jload step

Symptom

When installing new system or installing target system of system copy, it stops in "Importing Java Dump" phase.
In log jload.log or jload.java.log you can see below DB error:
----------------------------------------------------------
DB Error during import of <table_name>
Database access error: Failed to set the parameter <N> of the statement >>INSERT INTO "<table_name>"( ................. )<<:
Cannot assign NULL. The setNull() method can only be used if the corresponding column is nullable.  (SQLState: SAP06, ErrorCode: 1001152)
----------------------------------------------------------
The error could be happening on importing different tables, but the last error message is the same.
This could also happen during importing Java DVD in a system release upgrade.
