With the acquisition of Concur, SAP intends to offer Concur products as the go-forward travel and expense products in its portfolio under the Concur brand, incorporating the strengths of both companies.
Concur intends to deliver in accordance with their planned product roadmap and, wherever possible, plans to take advantage of SAP’s technology platform and resources in their continuous efforts to improve their products and services.
The SAP Cloud for Travel and Expense solution is in maintenance mode as of the February 2015 version. We will provide updates for technical improvements and legal changes as needed up to the planned end of the contract term. The end of maintenance has been reached Dec. 31st 2019.
