2166351 - Packing with inventory managed packaging material

Symptom

  • The material of a delivery is packed with inventory-managed packaging material.
  • Availability check functionality is used.
  • Although not enough quantity of the packaging material is available for all HUs, the system creates all the HUs.
  • After leaving the packaging dialogue, the delivery quantity of the packaging material in the delivery is changed to the available quantity.
  • In the HUs the amount of packaging material is not changed but stays the same even though there is not enough quantity available to fulfill the required amount.
  • Message VL 160 "Not all packaging materials are available (check log)" is issued as info message.
