2166405 - "Inactive revisions are not supported" Exception - Item Connector

When trying to Inactivate Item via the Item Connector file (column NOTACTIVE), you could receive a message saying that Inactive revisions are not supported.

When using Connector to inactivate Iitems, the item details that are on the connector file should not have any updates, only the mandatory fields should be populated with data. Refer to the guide for the required values.

The common reason for this error is incorrect Revision Date/Time values being passed. The following are required:

• REV_DTE is expected the format to be MON-DD-YYYY HH24:MI:SS. Do not assume that second are 00, instead modify the preferences to see what the value is on the item record. Reference 2168610 for the steps.
• The input file must have a date and time format that is referenced on the Item Connector menu. At the bottom of where the Item Connector scheduling options will state the timezone. Example:
• Note: The date and time values in the input file should be in the timezone "UTC".
