2166450 - Extractor failing with CX_DIAGST_RETRIEVE_EXCEPTION - Solution Manager 7.10

Extractors are failing in the CCDB returning the message: 

"CCDB: A fatal error occurred for a store."

The logs in SLG1 will show that an agent is being checked, which is not related to the system related to the error. The extractor tries to get data from one system, but the agent checked is not a relevant one:
