Prior to Microsoft Word 2013, SAP PowerBuilder was able to replace a bookmark using this script:
lole_word.activedocument.bookmarks.exists(ls_tag_name)
lole_word.activedocument.bookmarks.item(ls_tag_name).range.text = ls_tag_value
However, this no longer works with MS Word 2013.
