2166990 - Why are some reports listed with no hyperlinks

For some reports listed they have hyperlinks that work and some that don't.

Admins can only access and execute admin based reports. These are highligthed with a blue hyerlink.

User reports cannot be executed by admins and hence why no hyperlink is available.

On the Admin Side Reports Panel there are two types of reports listed:

Admin Side Reports and User Side Reports

• Admin Side Reports will be embedded in hyperlinks which give admins the options to run the reports in order to manage and track learning.
• User Side Reports can only be generated on User Side (Links Tile -> Reports) and admins can edit the report description and manage those reports (whether to publish, delete, edit code or re-import) on the admin side.
  You will see a suffix as (User) at the end of these reports' titles to separate them from Admin Side reports.
