Symptom

Rep Agent goes down with the following two errors:

  • Error: 249, Severity: 16, State: 1
    Syntax error during implicit conversion of VARCHAR value '1/1/1900' to a DATETIME field.
  • Error: 9204, Severity: 20, State: 0
    Could not locate schema for object with id = (757574706), current marker (6575479, 6).
    Rep Agent Thread for database 'pm' (dbid = 7) terminated  abnormally with error. (major 92, minor 4)
