2167033 - Various problems in IS-U meter reading processes in connection with master data buffering

This is a composite SAP KBA which gives an overview about known problems in IS-U meter reading processes in connection with master data buffering:

• Transaction BD87/EL06 - MSCONS IDOC not being uploaded.
• Transaction EL01 - Runtime error DBSQL_DUPLICATE_KEY_ERROR / CX_SY_OPEN_SQL_DB in SAPLEL25.
• Transaction EL06 - Runtime error TIME_OUT bzw. ITAB_DUPLICATE_KEY / CL_ISU_DB_EABL_BUFFER / CL_ISU_DB_EABL_BUFFER in FILL_BUFFER_FOR_EGER.
• Transaction EL06 - Slow performance while meter reading order creation and enhanchment spot ISU_MR_BUFFER is active.
• Transaction EL09 - Meter reading orders created in a billed period.
• Transaction EL09 - Error 'E9 029' - E9 029  (Meter Reading Unit ) Device is currently locked by user.
• Transaction EL09/EL18 - Billing order displayed with error (red light) in EL31/billing view of an installation.
• Transaction EL09/ELMU - Preparation/upload/estimation - updating the buffer for meter-reading data
• Transaction EL16 / FPSCHEDULER - Error 'E9 896' in function module ISU_DB_EUILZW_SELECT.
• Transaction EL27 - Error 'E9890' - internal table X_IEABLG_PREV in ISU_START_CONSUMPTION_DETERM / JBP_SET_PERIOD_FROM_ADAT.
• Transaction EL30 - Runtime error DBSQL_STMNT_TOO_LARGE in CL_ISU_IMPL_MR_ESTIMA_BUF_FACTCP.
• Transaction EL35 - Performance problems and/or slow meter reading order creation.
• Transaction EMIGALL - Runtime error MESSAGE_TYPE_X in SAPLE30G with error 'E9 200'.
• Transaction IQ03 - Display meter reading (MR) is very slow.
• Transaction WE19 / BAPI_MTRREADDOC_UPLOAD - Error 'E9 011' in CL_ISU_MASS_ENQ_BUFFER - Update ISU_TABLE_UC_PREP_FOR_UPDATE.
• BAPI_MTRREADDOC_UPLOAD - Implausible meter readings are not being uploaded - message 'W 152'.
