2167049 - Cannot Download Golden Tax Invoice Due to the Error:Cannot download file; Mandatory field(s) Net Amount missing. (China Only)

Symptom

You are not able to download the Golden Tax Invoice from system due to the error: Cannot download file; Mandatory field(s) Net Amount missing.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Customer Invoicing work center.
  2. Go to the Golden Tax Invoices work center view.
  3. Find the required invoice.
  4. Click Prepare for Download button.
  5. In the new window, click New- With or Without Combined option. Error appears:Cannot download file; Mandatory field(s) Net Amount missing.

Cause

The error only occurs when there is a item line with zero net price.

Net price is mandatory for every line item in the customer for downloading golden tax file.

Resolution

It is the designed system behavior.
