Symptom

sp_bindcache command fails due to error message below:

Msg 864, Level 16, State 1:
Server 'servername', Procedure 'sp_bindcache', Line 303:
Command Failed: Cannot bind object 'xxxx', dbid '5' to cache
because you have active level0 scans on the target object. Retry the command
after terminating the scans.
