2167845 - Missing statistic data in ST03 due to no stat data

There's no statistic data in tcode:ST03N.
Even though job SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR runs hourly and ends normally in client 000 by user DDIC,
and time zone is set correctly in client 000.

Also, there's no data in t-code:STAD.
You can check that no statxxx file is updated in the directory "/usr/sap/<SID>/<instance name>/data".
