Symptom

During an upgrade using Software Update Manager(SUM) with Near Zero Downtime Maintenance (nZDM) Option an error occurs in phase MAIN_SHDRUN/SUBMOD_FDC_PREP/RUN_FDC4UPG_PREPROC.

The error message :

*ERROR* :
Batchjob RSUPG_FDC_CRR on shadow system failed.
Detected the following errors:
