2168649 - When a users new manager cannot approve any item request


User has requested approval for a course in the LMS, but has recently been assigned a new manager.

Unfortunately the former manager is the one that still has to issue the approval.

When selecting the user's new manager manually, the prompt was ignored that asked for approvals to be rerouted to new manager.

When using a connector the connector setting was not enabled.


Choose the option to reroute the approvals to the new manager when applying the new manager to the user manually.

If using a connector be sure user.connector.defaultValue.supervisorReRouteItemApprovals is enabled.

Check this setting by navigating to System Admin > Configuration > System Configuration > Connectors > search for user.connector.defaultValue.supervisorReRouteItemApprovals
