2168723 - Worksheet Visibility Using RBP, Form Visibility & Hiding Worksheets - Compensation & Variable Pay

You are using RBP and have not granted permission to see compensation worksheets, yet everyone can see the worksheets in their inbox.

Differently from Executive Review, compensation forms visibility is not controlled by RBP permission. It depends on whether there are forms in the uesr's inbox or not. That will be defined in the route map that the compensation template is using.

If a person has worksheets/forms in their inbox, then system will not block access to these even if permission was not granted via RBP. And the same goes if you are trying to see other planners form. For example, if a manager has permission to their direct reports and levels below, but the route map step is manager, in the inbox only the direct reporte form will be available, not the levels below. While in executive review you can view the levels below as per RBP.
