2168882 - BI4.x Screen resolution change in Internet Explorer in BI Launch Pad with Hebrew product locale

Symptom

Open a WebI report in BI Launch Pad Java/Applet mode. If the Product Locale and Preferred Viewing Locale set to Hebrew, the screen resolution in the browser change and push the whole BI Launch Pad screen to right. A scroll bar appears at the bottom and there is a lot of white space on the left. You have to scroll to the right to find BI LaunchPad.
