2169089 - Admin quick link disappears

Randomly a quick link title and description will disappear.

SuccessFactor Learning Management System (LMS)

•  System Admin > Configuration > Quick Links Configuration > ADMIN QUICK LINKS

The label ID for the link has been deleted. When attempting to reference the label ID by adding it to the quick links and error message will be displayed stating that label cannot be found.tests

Verify what deleted the label, and make sure it does not happen going forward. To verify check LST_UPD_USR in the PH_I18N_ACTIVE_LOCALE_LABEL
