2169201 - GRANT-SHADOW-PRIVILEGES: Cannot find the object <xxx> when using MSSQL database

Symptom

GRANT-SHADOW-PRIVILEGES phase fails with the following error message:

"Could not complete DMT process. Check the DMT.GRANT_PRIVILEGES.LOG log file.

You can find more information in the files <SUM_DIR>\sdt\log\SWITCH\GRANT-SHADOW-PRIVILEGES_<NR>.LOG and ProcessOverview.html."

In the file DMT.GRANT_PRIVILEGES_01_<NR>.ERR there are entries like the following:

SQL Exception code 15151: Cannot find the object 'SHD_COMPVERS', because it does not exist or you do not have permission. 
OpenSQLExceptionCategories: [] com.sap.sql.exception.OpenSQLException: Cannot find the object 'SHD_COMPVERS', because it does not exist or you do not have permission.
OpenSQLExceptionCategories: [] com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerException: Cannot find the object 'SHD_COMPVERS', because it does not exist or you do not have permission.

Also, MS SQL Server SAP<SID>DB schema is empty and all SAP tables belongs to dbo user (dbo.*).
