2169241 - The request has already been sent to the server - Download Attachment is not working for SAP Work Manager 6.2

Symptom

  • Implemented Work Manager 6.2 and it has an issue with “Download Attachment” functionality
  • Enabling or disabling the Push in the JavaBE.ini still shows the issue wherein the Attachments are not properly downloading to the device
  • After the transmit, the attachment link (header) appears on the device and on clicking the attachment in order to download it, the transmit has no errors and once we click on the attachment (to view) we are getting the error message “ The request has already been sent to the server”
