Symptom

When trying to save some reports to the server through EPM add-in, you are getting the following error:

The underlying connection was closed: The connection was closed unexpectedly.
The underlying connection was closed: A connection that was expected to be kept alive was closed by the server.

ICM trace shows that a crash stack occurred.
